3. Private storage and service providers
Contact enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database and are not displayed publicly on this website. Access is limited to authorised administration of the service. Cloudflare provides the website delivery, request processing and database infrastructure.
Technical information, such as the request IP address and browser request details, is processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver and protect the service. For contact-form abuse prevention, the application converts the request IP address into a time-windowed hash and stores a short-lived request counter. The raw IP address is not stored in the enquiry record.
4. Retention
Enquiries older than 90 days are deleted during service maintenance. Removal takes place when maintenance runs rather than at the exact moment an enquiry reaches 90 days. Expired abuse-prevention counters are also removed during maintenance.
5. Language preference and local storage
The website opens in English on a first visit. If you select Arabic or English, your choice is saved in your browser's localStorage under lizh-systems-language-v1. This preference stays on your device and is used to display your selected language on later visits.
You can change the preference using the language button or remove it by clearing this website's browser storage. The contact form includes your selected language with your enquiry. This website does not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
6. Your questions and requests
You can ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent by using the contact form. Include your enquiry reference where available and explain your request. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information before acting on it. Requests are handled in line with applicable requirements.
